Our warehouse staff is highly trained to pack your goods exactly according to the specifications that we supply. Your items will go through an extensive inspection and be properly packaged prior to being delivered. We ship to hundreds of thousands of customers every day across different countries. Note: Orders that contain multiple items will have a different processing period for each item.
Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly examined. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple parties such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. The actual inventory may be changed at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order after the order has been made.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. However, if thirty days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
You are able to return a product in the event that it is not used and in the same condition the day you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
